iOS 18.4.1 Update Coming Soon for iPhones

Apple employees are testing iOS 18.4.1 for iPhones, according to the MacRumors visitor logs, which have been a reliable indicator of upcoming iOS versions. The software update will likely be released in a week or two, if not sooner.

iOS 18
As the version number implies, iOS 18.4.1 will obviously be a minor update that addresses software bugs and/or security vulnerabilities.

There are no developer or public betas for minor updates like iOS 18.4.1.

iOS 18.4.1 will be a stop-gap update ahead of iOS 18.5, which remains in beta testing. iOS 18.5 will likely be released to the general public in May, and so far the update includes only two minor changes in the Mail and Settings apps.

The first iOS 19 beta should be released following the WWDC 2025 keynote on June 9.

Do Apple employees visit this site on purpose during internal testing? They must know it’s being logged, no? Genuinely curious how that works.

Well I rather get updates than none at all. I appreciate all the bug fixes. I work for a software company where critical bugs take months to fix. Even when it as simple as changing something from 6-digits to 8-digits character change took one day to fix and 2 months to deploy..🤦🏽‍♂️

I have the notification center stutter bug on three devices running iOS 18.4.

It’s driving me crazy.

Has anyone stumbled upon a bug fix by any chance?

Wow, the break-neck pace of innovation at Apple is staggering. Apple just released the ALL NEW iOS 18.4, the BEST iOS that Apple has ever released for iPhones. Apple then released a beta of iOS 18.5, slated to be the MOST POWERFUL version of iOS 18 that Apple has ever released and now we learn they are ALSO developing iOS 18.4.1, the BEST version of iOS 18.4 that Apple has ever released. Tim Cook sure wasn't kidding when he said the pipeline has never been stronger!
