Apple Seeds visionOS 1.2 Beta 5 to Developers

Apple today released the release candidate version of an upcoming visionOS 1.2 update to developers, allowing them to test new features ahead of the software seeing a public launch. The fifth visionOS 1.2 beta comes one week after the release the fourth beta.

The visionOS beta can be downloaded by going to the Settings app on the device and toggling on developer betas. A registered developer account is required, and Apple recommends making a backup before installing new software.

Apple may make further improvements to Personas, EyeSight, and other features with visionOS 1.2, but no major new additions were found in the first four betas.

Anything about possible support for Apple Pencil Pro in VisionOS ?
I think it’s coming at wwdc. Gyros and haptics are overkill for iPad only support.

The last 3-4 betas showed the same issues as being fixed in their Release Notes, as if nothing was done. But I did notice that the AVP performs a lot better in the dark. Before I had to turn on my watch to give it some light to calibrate in order for it to work. Lately, if I cover the sensor by mistake and get the error saying "There's not enough light..." it recovers by itself very quickly and continues to work.

If you look at the specs it doesn't have the radios at all, so sending and recieving. It honestly would have made for some really cool use cases too... imagine find my drawing a line on the ground leading you to items.
