Apple's AirPods Pro 2 have seen a consistent discount to $199.99 over the past few months, but Verizon today has introduced a new all-time low price on the headphones: $194.99, down from $249.99. This beats the previous record low price we tracked very briefly last holiday season, and only Verizon has the deal.

They’re not selling well

Had a very easy pickup experience with Verizon's little mobile pickup lockers. They email you a link, you click on it in the store and the locker opens. Totally seamless.

Update: This might be more hassle than it's worth.

I placed an online order at Verizon for pickup at my local store. Everything seemed to go perfectly well.

An hour later, Verizon emailed me and said they could not complete the order until I give them some info over the phone. Gave me a number to call.

It was their general customer service number, and I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get someone who could help me. They ended up placing a new order for me that will be shipped to me instead of local pickup. It was a 12-minute call.

Logged back into my Verizon account and it now shows I've placed two separate orders for the AirPods Pro 2. I will have to cancel one of them.

Another commenter above said they ordered through Verizon and it was a hassle-free experience. I hope your experience is more like theirs than mine.

Or, you can wait until Amazon has them on sale for $199, which happens about every other month. Costco matches Amazon, so take your pick, either is easier to deal with than Verizon in my experience.
