Apple allows customers to personalize their AirPods Pro charging case with a special engraving that can include select emojis and Memojis. Unlike before, starting with the second-generation AirPods Pro, that engraving is now reflected on the digital case on iOS as a user pairs and connects their AirPods Pro.
The second-generation AirPods Pro began arriving to customers today. The new AirPods Pro include better Active Noise Cancellation, the new H2 chip, and an updated charging case with deeper Find My integration and a lanyard loop.

In a social media post this week, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reiterated that Apple is planning to release new AirPods with cameras "for Siri."
Last month, Gurman said these AirPods will likely be priced above the current AirPods Pro 3, which Apple sells for $249. As a result, he said Apple is likely considering using "AirPods Ultra" branding for the camera-equipped AirPods.

Ah, that's literally what they were working on or the feature wouldn't even be here. The best you can do is to claim that they did not neglect fixing bugs.
I'm pretty sure the teams that fix bugs and the teams that do this sort of thing are not the same.
