I certainly have my prejudices against most pop musicians hyped by the industry, but I've finally listened to her album When we all fall asleep, where do we go? and actually enjoyed it a lot. Not sure I understand all of the negativity on display here.

Looking forward to this documentary.
Almost everything gets negavity here. Most threads are just a cesspool of garbage, I have no idea why I even continue clicking to the comments.

It's apparently a MacRumors commenter requirement: if you see a post about an Apple TV documentary about a famous person, you must comment about how much you don't like that person and won't watch that documentary. On occasion, you may instead comment that you simply do not know who that person is. Under no circumstances are you allowed to simply acknowledge to yourself that other people may have different tastes and not post about the subject.

(Seriously, this happens every single time and I was not surprised when I checked out the comments here, either.)

Billy ... is in all intention and purposes through art and performance the modern Michael Jackson, Whiteney Houston, etc.
No. Not even close. If you like her music, so be it, but she's definitely not the modern Jackson, Houston, Madonna, etc.
