Apple Seeds First Beta of macOS Mojave 10.14.3 Update to Developers

by

Apple today seeded the first beta of an upcoming macOS Mojave 10.14.3 update to developers, five days after releasing macOS Mojave 10.14.2, which addressed an issue with external displays and included other bug fixes.

The new macOS Mojave 10.14.3 beta can be downloaded through the Software Update mechanism in System Preferences after the proper profile has been installed from Apple's Developer Center.

We don't yet know what improvements the second update to macOS Mojave will bring, but it is likely to include bug fixes and performance improvements for issues that weren't able to be addressed in the macOS 10.14.2 update.

If and when we discover what's new in the 10.14.3 beta, we'll update this post.

sorry but thats not correct. Quite the other way around. Apple has refused to provide driver signing for 10.14.x to nVidia. While there are questions about if those drivers fully support Metal2 which is required for 10.14, it right now has been said by nVidia its on apples side. that implies there are new drivers, that they support metal2 and its apple thats just being stubborn in a corp pissing match rather than supporting their cash paying customers. Since nV has access to the same beta builds, there is no reason to think they haven't kept their drivers updated. At one point you'd expect that there would be beta nV drivers to go along with the OS to allow wider testing before general release.

When Nvidia release them. This has nothing to do with macOS betas.

Nope
Crap

Found it, when I check the box to activate Kextd goes berserk.
If the interval (slider) is on its lowest the CPU eats 70%, the higher the interval time the
lower the CPU load, 4% minimum.
Update: Downloaded version 1.9.3 (had 1.9.2) issue resolved.

I just want them to fix image capture... it’s useless now for importing and sorting photos off of my camera and iPhone.
