Reports about Panther 7B28 note extensive bug fixes and stability improvements. No major new features are reported, but ongoing cosmetic tweaks, and fixes. Specific changes noted from 7B21:

- 'Selected' Finder icons have different appearance

- Welcome/Registration screen appears in a Window

- Mail bug fixes (previously would sometimes hang while retrieving mail)

- Safari 1.1 v90 (from v89)

- Expose smoother
