Mac OS X is approaching... a week away... In the meanwhile, here's a few observations/updates...

  • Wincent.org claimed to have OS X final for review, but has backed-off posting a full review due to user outrage as well as a possible legal threat.
  • Developer Discs may not accompany OS X Final
  • Distributers/Stores have reportedly started receiving Mac OS X, but are not allowed to sell/display it until Mar 24, 2001
  • There will be an Apple event on Mar 21, 2001 announcing Mac OS X
  • MacMall claims "guaranteed" delivery on Sat. March 24th.
  • Mac OS 9.1 is included with Mac OS X
