I don't know if SSD prices have spiked or something but I bought that EXACT 4TB Samsung T7 SSD last year for $250.

Doesn't seem like a noteworthy price.
Prices have spiked. I’m needing two 4TB external drives for backup. I don’t really want to pay more than £200 each, but I think I’ve missed the boat.

These SSD prices are not sale prices. They are the same price they've been on amazon for months now. I've been tracking them for months to see if the price would go down but they've only gone up.

You should really remove the SSD HD's as sale items. It's completely disingenuous on Samsung's part.

Those Samsung T9 SSD's aren't a great deal at those prices. It was regularly under $300 for the 4TB model in 2025, now it's on sale for $329.99? Good drives, but hard pass. I'd love to see an 8TB version of the drive down the road as prices come down.

Is it really that bad? i've always been interested in that TV. It looks pretty sweet and the standby screensaver looks sweet.
Longer discussion on the previous Samsung sale thread.

I just opened up my 2024 Frame and tested it an hour ago. It blows the 2020 Frame we have away, and for someone who may be replacing a middle range or lower TV that is 5 years old or older, it will be a massive improvement.

Is it as good as a TV dedicated to HDR picture quality above all else? No. Is it a great picture most people would be happy with in a living room environment? Yes.

But here is the key: Art Mode is PHENOMENAL on this TV. The sample image truly looks like a lithograph. It doesn’t even seem backlit in any way. It looks like a 4k paper display. The older Frame doesn’t compare. It always looked like a TV image passing for a picture and while it still removes the “black hole” on the wall and has a passable anti-glare screen, the 2024 model is on a different level.

Is it a dedicated home theater TV? No. The top end LED-LCD models are superior.

Is it necessary for a bedroom, if you mostly watch at night and don’t need to disguise it during the day? No, OLED is particularly awesome for bedrooms.

But for a living room over a fireplace or a dining room or a room where what it looks like off matters as much as how it looks on, it’s tops.
