I'm not sure if you're just asking to ask but you've been on the forums long enough to know that RCs have a newer build than the betas before it. And that public release is some time in the week after the RC release.
I've had stressful day and took a med that makes me very slow, if you wanna know everything

I suppose stable might come this week?

Would there be differences between release candidate and beta 4 ?
Next week most likely.

And does release candidate usually differ from its previous beta ? In this case beta 4

I do not know, whether it "usually" does not differ from the previous beta. But in this case I can confirm, that the RC is in fact the Beta 4.

Isn’t beta 4 different from this RC? They are not the same.
The RC code usually removes any debugging code left behind used by Apple to collect data about the beta quality. This is generally what makes a "beta" to be promoted to "release candidate". The Release Candidate ends up most of the time being the same shipped as final to non-developers, however sometimes last-minute changes are implemented on the final, non-developers code, and the actual release is different from the RC.
