If you are a My Best Buy Plus/Total member, prices start at $949.00 for the 8-Core GPU, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD 13-inch MacBook Air, down from $999.00. Best Buy also has both 512GB 13-inch models on sale for $50 off.

Best Buy has the 15-inch M4 MacBook Air on sale as well, starting at $1,149.00 for the 256GB model, down from $1,199.00. You can also find both 512GB models on sale for $50 off if you're a My Best Buy Plus/Total member.

Also, please do not pay for Best Buy’s $180 Total tech plan to get discounts. It does include Apple Care+ on Apple products however you have you renew after 12 months (another $180) to keep your active protection for the full second year. If you cancel at any time you’re Apple care plan will end immediately

Not everyone qualifies for the EDU discount. I know Apple rarely checks eligibility, and I’m not judging those who use it without qualifying—but it’s really not appropriate to argue that Best Buy’s discount is bad simply because an Apple EDU discount exists.


This is an important PSA. I nearly fell for it when I got an iPad last year - they deliberately make it look cheaper than Applecare+ until you realize that it costs $180 per year. It only makes sense if you buy a ton of stuff and generally also pay for extended warranties.
Apple already said to me on the apple store : I can give you education discount (I never asked lol)
