iPhone 16e Doesn't Have MagSafe

Just like the now-discontinued iPhone SE, the iPhone 16e does not have MagSafe connectivity.

This means accessories such as ‌MagSafe‌ cases, chargers, battery packs, and wallets will not work with the device. None of the silicone cases for the iPhone 16e are ‌MagSafe‌ cases. Despite this omission, the iPhone 16e continues to feature standard Qi wireless charging up to 7.5W.

This makes the iPhone 16e the first iPhone with a "modern" design to miss out on ‌MagSafe‌. ‌MagSafe‌ was introduced with the iPhone 12 lineup in 2020 as a new accessory ecosystem.

This phone is so idiotically bad. Barely cheaper than the regular 16, and worse than a 15, apart from a new chip.

Having no MagSafe, something which was available since the iPhone 12, and built a huge collection of iPhone accessories, is insanely stupid for an iPhone that costs 600 freakin dollars.

Deal breaker for so many people. I think this phone would work at a $429 price point, honestly I was expecting $500. But $600 for this thing? iPhone 15 is a better deal imo.

Damn, MagSafe is so useful for car mounts and nighttime charging stands. Crazy omission.
