iOS 18.2 Introduces 'All Rings Closed' Activity Awards for Apple Watch

As spotted by Mohammad Aldarawish and others, the upcoming iOS 18.2 and watchOS 11.2 updates add new "All Rings Closed" activity awards for the Apple Watch.

All Rings Closed Apple Watch Award
Apple Watch users can earn these awards for closing all three Move, Exercise, and Stand/Roll rings for 100 days, 365 days, 500 days, and 1,000 days, and at every 250-day interval above 1,000 days. One person showed off an impressive 3,250-day award, and tomorrow will be the 3,500-day mark since the Apple Watch launched in 2015, so anyone with a perfect track record of closing their rings should unlock that one very shortly.

The awards are applied retroactively as necessary, with past dates of completion shown in the Awards section of the Fitness app on the iPhone.

iOS 18.2 and watchOS 11.2 are currently in beta testing. The software updates are expected to be released to the public in early December.

I'd like Apple to add awards for most consecutive days you closed your rings, which is far more impressive.
Since rings can be paused now, maybe not as impressive? Besides, most of us miss days for one reason or another, sometimes just a day not wearing the watch. Activity awards should encourage us but not drive us crazy or feel unobtainable.

So this in addition to the move streak? And retroactive? More badges I suppose…
I wish Apple would stop making this 250 day increment and rather go to something more meaningul, like year, 1/2 year or month. Who knows what 1750 days are??

And yet Apple still hasn't done anything about my request to add a, "cookie eating streak" badge. 🍪

This is great! I have closed all three of my rings every day since I have gotten my Apple Watch (2,251 days and counting), but there isn't one central place to show this off. Glad to see others have longs streaks like me!

Streaks are impressive but really it shows you were able to keep your Apple Watched charged as much as closing your rings.

Apple should legit add incentives to completing the rings. Like money off some products.

Then observe:
a. Apple Watch sales sore! And
b. International obesity figures plummet!

Consumerism could be the cause of, and solution to, obesity 😂😅
