Missed the iPhone 16 Event? Apple Shared a Recap Video and More

Apple held its iPhone 16 event this week, with the presentation running just over 90 minutes. If you missed the event, or want to revisit the key announcements, Apple shared a recap video with highlights on its YouTube channel.


New products announced during the event include the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 10, two AirPods 4 models, and updated AirPods Max with a USB-C port and new color options. There is also a new Black Satin titanium color option for the existing Apple Watch Ultra 2.

All four iPhone 16 models support Apple Intelligence, which is launching with iOS 18.1 in October. Apple shared a video about that too.

This is one of the few times I wasn't interested in a presentation and missed it. While the video presentation can be cool with all the graphics and pace, I do miss the live keynotes, especially when Steve delivered it.

I missed those days when we had jobs doing "ONe more thing"..... now it's just incremental and predictable boring fest... and what u want me to watch the presentation? no thanks

I'm sad they didn't add haptic feedback to Airpods so I can scratch my ear canal when it itches without taking my bud out and using a finger. "Hey Siri, itch my left ear...."
