Alongside providing the first release candidate version of iOS 16 to developers, Apple today has also seeded new beta versions of iOS 15.7 for the iOS 15 operating system and macOS Monterey 12.6 for the Monterey operating system.
Both updates are release candidate versions, which means they could see a launch in the near future. The iOS 15.7 update has a version number of 19H12, while macOS Monterey 12.6 has a version number of 21G115.
Registered developers can download necessary profiles to install the updates from the Apple Developer Center, and can download the updates from there.
According to the iOS 15.7 release notes, the update provides security updates rather than new features.

Is this for all iOS 15 devices or just the ones not getting iOS 16?
All.
I suspect this will be like iOS 14.8, and you'll be able to choose if you want to install 16.0 or 15.7.
The firmware codenames or "build trains" are: ... 14.5: AzulE 14.6: AzulF 14.7: AzulG 14.8: AzulSecuritySky ... 15.5: SkyF 15.6: SkyG 15.7: SkySecuritySydney 16.0: Sydney
So it seems like a similar pattern, 14.8 was "iOS 14 with security updates backported from iOS 15", and 15.7 is "iOS 15 with security updates backported from iOS 16".
If anyone's wondering how to see the macOS 12.6 RC, install the Profile for Ventura, but then select Other Updates and it'll come up there. I was also offered a new Safari Seed, not the Tech Preview.
Once completed, remove the profile by reverting back to Default settings under Software updates. If there's a new build when it's officially released, you'd still get that, otherwise you'd be on it anyway...
