"Dads" is directed by Bryce Dallas Howard, and the film also includes interviews with her father Ron Howard, her late grandfather, and her brother. You can find "Dads" on ‌Apple TV‌+ on any device that supports the ‌Apple TV‌ app.

In other ‌Apple TV‌+ film news, Apple today made "The Banker" free for anyone to watch. This means that even if you aren't subscribed to ‌Apple TV‌+, as long as you have access to the TV app you can search for The Banker and watch it for free through June 30 (via Deadline).

"The Banker" premiered on ‌Apple TV‌+ back in March, and it follows the true story of businessmen Bernard Garrett and Joe Morris, "who devise an audacious and risky plan to take on the racist establishment of the 1960s by helping other African Americans pursue the American dream."

Apple has made "The Banker" free to stream in honor of Juneteenth. Additionally, one episode of the documentary series "Dear..." and a few select films like "The Hate U Give" and "Selma" remain free to watch in the ‌Apple TV‌ app or from iTunes.

If you subscribe and immediately unsubscribe the expiration date should be after the first year.
Can anyone confirm?
NO!
It expires the day you push “cancel”

Yup. But it's still an extra step
Apple sends you a reminder email weeks before letting you know you can cancel.

If you happened to miss it, or didn't get it, I'm certain a call to Apple Support would make it right.

The Banker is an incredible movie. Nice freebie. Should help highlight the show so more buzz is generated for Oscar season. The Banker should stand a real chance, what with the dearth of new movie releases in 2020.
I similarly enjoyed The Banker. Apple is creating outstanding content.

Why not grab it while it’s available to you? You never Know if they’ll come up with a show you really want to watch six months from now.

I haven’t watched much beyond Mythic Quest, but that was awesome.

Gross. How utterly tone-deaf to release “Dads” at a time when so many Americans and people worldwide are slipping into poverty due to coronavirus.

NOBODY CARES ABOUT RICH CELEBRITY FATHERS. THEIR EXPERIENCE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH REAL DADHOOD, as their wealth is so astronomically high they can afford to make mistake after mistake in parenting, and have the stability to stay good fathers even when times get extremely tough for everyone else.

Jfc. How is this not apparent?

This is even worse than “we’re all in this together” drivel we were hearing before from the celebrities.

I will now make a statement with my free 1 year subscription to Apple TV+ and cancel it immediately, never having used it once.

Why so much over the top drama?
