The price on that 3.7GHz 27" iMac is not new. Also, you can get a refurb from Apple for $200 cheaper ('https://www.apple.com/shop/product/FRR12LL/A/Refurbished-27-inch-iMac-37GHz-6-core-Intel-Core-i5-with-Retina-5K-display').
