Apple Seeds Second OS X 10.11.4 El Capitan Beta to Developers

Apple today seeded the second beta of an upcoming OS X 10.11.4 update to developers for testing purposes, two weeks after seeding the first OS X 10.11.4 beta and a week after releasing OS X 10.11.3.

The second OS X 10.11.4 beta can be downloaded through the Apple Developer Center or via the Software Update Mechanism in the Mac App Store.

OS X 10.11.4 includes a couple of new features, such as the ability to support password protected notes in the Notes app, but like the recent OS X 10.11.3 update, it appears to focus primarily on under-the-hood bug fixes and performance improvements with few noticeable outward-facing changes.

We'll update this post with any new features that are discovered in the second beta of OS X 10.11.4.

Please be VERY VERY careful when disabling system integrity protection, drivers that have not been optimized and or containing malicious code will not be filtered out by OSX and your machine will be vulnerable... Sorry for the Doomsday message, but fair warning needs to be given.
Out of curiosity, what would be your advice for people who don't use El Capitan and don't have SIP?

(I disabled SIP approximately 30 seconds after installing)

SIP is always the first thing I turn off on my 10.11 installs. I don't like not being in control.

Well I'd say be aware of what lower level drivers you install on mission critical machines, be sure that any Kexts you use are from reliable sources. And confirm that said Kexts will not cause system instability because of device conflicts.

For instance I installed an older version of a USB3 to Gigabit Ethernet adapter Kext and it would cause my multi monitor setup to lose connectivity after waking from sleep because the Kext interfered with an AMD graphics Kext. kernal panics would also occur because of this incompablity.

Kext Signing was introduced into Mavericks but was easliy bypassed by using a boot flag Kext-dev-mode=1, why Apple changed it is probably due to security. That part of the post was mainly for people to be careful when changing low level security settings.
In all the years I use OS X, since the first beta of OS X (10.0b) I have never had any malware on any of my Macs, you are overreacting, OS X is one of the most secure Operating Systems, SIP is rubbish, I switched it of even faster than the person you replied to = less than 30 seconds.:p
Now, if we talk about windows-that's a complete different story.

Even with the latest beta that was released today, don't go to this website [removed] I tried it and the website locks up Safari.

I got to ask...

1) why would you try this at all?
2) why list the website in this forum?
